With over 25 years of experience in senior financial and operational roles, John is a former CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University. John brings to Our Harbour proven leadership skills combined with a passion for supporting grassroots organizations. John will focus on strengthening our programs, boosting community engagement, and ensuring that Our Harbour continues to thrive.

He succeeds Dolly Shinhat, Our Harbour's first Director General, who served for more than eight years and whose accomplishments, empathy and leadership set a high standard for her successor.
