Dolly Shinhat

Director General

Dolly has over 30 years experience in the fields of fundraising and philanthropy. When she joined Our Harbour in March 2017, she took on the new role of Director General. Her vision is to make sure that Our Harbour develops secure and long-term sources of financial and volunteer support to sustain the organization’s mission.

At Our Harbour, she enjoys working with the Board, the staff team and the dedicated volunteers; they are truly a family. “Having a close relationship with the people that we serve makes working at Our Harbour very meaningful,” says Dolly.

Sabine Bulow

Lead Coordinator

Sabine joined the Our Harbour team in June 2022 as Lead Coordinator of Resident Care. She worked in the public health care system for twenty-one years, the last decade in inpatient and outpatient psychiatry.

In the non-profit sector, she enjoys the opportunity to apply her extensive experience, skills, and knowledge to provide support and guidance in a non-clinical environment.

Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Dalhousie University.
